Board, Managemend and Staff

Our board of Directors, together with the senior management team have a unique and exciting blend of skills end experience in e-commerce technology, online shopping and advertising and brand building. This group is supported by a dedicated and talented staff of approximately 50 people across 3 UK offices, covering all functions of a vibrant, successful and growing ecommerce business.

BOARD

• The board is comprised of three immensely experienced non-executive directors along with two executive directors who have been building the business for the last 10 years. Together this group has an unrivalled knowledge of multichannel online retailing and online brand development.

Non-Executive Directors

• Lord Maurice Saatchi is the company Chairman.
• He is the founder of the worldwide advertising agency M&C Saatchi (and formerly founder and chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi). Lord Saatchi is also a former deputy chairman of the Conservative party.
• John Clare, MBE.
• For 20 years John was CEO of Dixons Stores Group (Dixons, Curry’s, PC World, Pixmania and others). John is also currently a director of Dyson and cheapflights.com.
• John Alcock.
• Founder of global oil services group, Tronic, which is now part of Expro.

Executive Directors

• Dominic Allonby. M.Sc - Managing Director
• The business was founded by Dominic in the 1990s and he has successfully led it through the dot.com boom and bust cycles and on into the leading position it now occupies in online shopping. With a background in science and technology, together with high level negotiating skills, the company is driven by him to lead the field in online shopping.
• Darren Naylor, FCMA – Finance Director
• Prior to joining the business in 1998 Darren was Financial Controller of Europe’s largest candle manufacturer, Colony (part of Blythe Industries Inc.). With extensive knowledge of the multiple revenue models in ecommerce and online shopping Darren ensures the business is based on sound financial practices and principles.
